BPO means business processing outsourcing. When a company outsource their work to another country to be done at cheaper costs by an expert, this is called BPO. Usually there is an agreement between two companies from different countries for a specific perioud.

BPO / Customer Service jobs is 24x7 jobs. 

You can choose any shift mainly 9 hrs shift providing job in both National and International.


There are many profile of Jobs in BPO like

  • Call Centre - This department mainly deals with the solutions that you will provide through phone Conversations.
  • Backend - This department mainly deals with the work like data entry, surveys, payment processing, data management, quality assurance, chatting, emailing, rectifying data etc. It is one of the Core Job in BPO and helps the business run smoothly.
  • Technical process - It deals with the technical problem solving work like Work in a software, providing help to customer to run software etc.
  • Blended Process - It deals with both Backend and Calls, as you have to work both OFFLINE and ONLINE.
  • Finance - It deals with Payroll , accounts etc. This department mostly hire candidates from B.Com background.
  • International insurance - This department deals with the international insurance claims. usually Offline target basis jobs.
  • Human Resource (HR) - This department deals with the Hire and Fire problems of Company. You need to have at least 3 years of Experience and a MBA degree.
  • Telemarketing - In this you have to sell the product to customer by call. It is usually a Target basis job.
